Case study · Misión DART
A workshop turned into a journey.

Misión DART was an Avantem Latam strategy workshop for Teletica’s management team, framed as a journey to the future. I designed the pieces of the journey: the cover, the tickets, the passport, the cards, the stickers and the material for the room.

An Avantem Latam project for Teletica, where I consult, shown with permission. The method and the workshop’s wording are Avantem’s; the design of the pieces is mine.
Before boarding
How the first session took off.
The cover that opened the workshop: the mission’s arc of colour and where the journey was headed.

The cover
On board
A ticket for each phase.
The boarding ticket for the first session, “origin 1985, destination 2027”, and the boarding pass for the second, with its stub.
The passport
A passport to write the journey down.
Eight A6 pages: the traveller’s details, the agreements, a stamp for each stop of the DART method and each manager’s decision for 2027.

The cards
A name, a number and a definition to talk through.
Each card presents one competency with a short definition to discuss at the table; the back repeats the mission’s arc of colour. Here are four of the twenty.
The stickers
A sticker sheet to take the mission home.
The icons of the journey on adhesive paper: the suitcase, the clock, the letters of the method, the destination stamp and the mission’s phrases.
In the room
Stamps and challenges to play as a team.
Sixty stamps for the passport, one per stop, and the cover of the “Build the time machine” challenge.
